Will the RTX 3080 work with Nvidia drivers published in March?

Same issue, came from the 1070 ti upgraded to the asus3070 k.o only get 90 fps more, what a punch in the wallet. Maybe this can help in one way or another. My RTX 3080, which I bought in November, is working fine with the drivers published by Nvidia in March.
