Why can flies never find their way out?

Air currents flow in through windows more than they flow out of them. Flies don’t really care where they are and where they go apart from their life mission to find things to eat and places to reproduce, so when an air current draws them toward an open window, they don’t mind flying in to check out what’s inside.

Can flies see computer screens?

In darker environment, flies get attracted to the luminosity of computer screens or any other device that is emitting light. Try lowering the brightness of the screen or keep another device like a desk lamp, where flies might get attracted towards it.
